I always return to my favorite hotel, where I am warmly welcomed. The helpful staff even arranged an early check-in for me. It has everything I need like free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, an outdoor pool, and a children's play area. Perfect for a romantic escape.

Location was excellent, around 10-15 minutes walk from Ripley's Believe it or Not. It had Wheelchair Accessible police, as described:)))

Tbh, rooms were not so clean.

it had a great and super setting so close to a coffee shop at a local shopping centre, 2nd road-soi diana-soi buakhao night life, and a local shopping centre about 1/2km up the road. also, it was based to the beach & malls. bay watch, located just close to the apartment was great for dinner.

Great value for money, excellent communal facilities. Perfect location minutes from the beach and shopping. Friendly and helpful housekeeper. Convenient for night life and plenty of eateries nearby. Suitable for couples or small families. Spectacular sea view from apartment on the 29th floor.

My stay was absolutely amazing! The room was cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything I needed - free wi-fi, electric kettle, cookware, and air conditioning. The location was superb, just minutes from the beach and surrounded by shopping options during the day, and close to the vibrant nightlife but without any noise disturbance. The communal facilities were excellent, including a fitness center, children's play area, and an outdoor swimming pool. The view from my room on the 23rd floor was jaw-dropping. The host kept her promise of providing me a room on the top floor, making my stay even more memorable. The housekeeper was incredibly helpful, promptly fixing any issues I had. the value for money was exceptional, and I can't wait to visit again soon.

We had a fantastic stay at Base Central in Pattaya. The room was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed. The high floor provided amazing views, and the location was perfect for exploring central Pattaya.

Overall experience was excellent! Stayed here with my young kids and overall really enjoyed this apartment. It was particularly good close enough to everything. I was just next door to a coffee shop at a local shopping centre about 1/2km up the road, and big shopping mall.

We had a great time staying at this place, it was conveniently located near restaurants, convenience stores, currency exchanges, and the beach. The setting was beautiful and we loved it here.

The best aspects of my stay were the excellent communal facilities, such as the rooftop pool and common areas. The hotel's location was also a key highlight, being just minutes away from the beach and in the heart of the vibrant nightlife district. One more advantage I enjoyed was the great value for money that this hotel provided. The water and electricity costs for a month were very reasonable, and overall, the price for my 4-week stay was incredibly affordable.

The worst aspects of my experience were the lack of certain amenities. I would have appreciated having hand towels, a bath mat, and kitchen essentials like tea towels, dish cloths, and a drainage rack.
